    I consider the Terri Schiavo series relevent to these awards because I linked to Jews discussing the halachic rules for that situation, and I discussed the way everyone was lining up politically on the issue, and since the “right to live” group was characterized as “right wing Christians,” it is relevent to Jews concerned about religion in the public sphere.

  2. Sigh. As usual, the technology-impaired are not welcome. If someone would be so kind as to convert the URL that I submitted into a hyperlink, I would appreciate it. I would hate to see Z lose out on a chance to win a JIB award just because I don’t know how to create a hyperlink within a comment.
