In a report to be released on Monday, Israel is only ranked as the second most likely of 186 countries to be the target of a terrorist attack within the next 12 months, behind Columbia. United States is only ranked fourth. And North Korea is only in 186th place because its “repressive state has basically made it impossible for terrorists to function”(!)
