Merde in France has this picture of a tanned Jaques Chiraq.
You have to hand it to him. While his countrymen are dying from the heat, he thinks “beach”.
Seinfeld fans only: You will notice an uncanny resemblance between Chiraq in this picture and Kramer after he cooked himself in butter. Coincidentally, that was the exact episode televised last night on Israeli television.
