This time, terrorist Mahmoud al-Zahar survives.
Perhaps these guys can teach the army a thing or two about not missing the target when it counts.
But seriously, the army could take out the targets if they used heavier bombs. The thing is, they do not want to kill civilians located nearby.
Fancy that – aiming not to kill civilians. Juxtopose that with the palestinian terrorists who aim to kill civilians.
