Not long after a Malay Islamic leader suggested women should stop wearing lipstick and perfume so as to not get raped, comes this news from AllAfrican.com:
Did anyone stop and think that perhaps the women roaming the streets are the married ones trying to get away from their husbands?Muslims in the country have been urged to marry more than one wife so as to reduce the number of unmarried women (spinsters) roaming the streets of the cities without husbands.
