The newly-approved Palestinian Legislative Council Speaker Rafik al-Natsheh supports continued violence and said he was “encouraged” by the recent EU poll fingering Israel as the primary threat to the world. He also advocates PLO Arab non-compromise on the issues of Jerusalem and Palestinian refugees.
