Making Spectacles of Themselves

These photos dug up from Yahoo News World Photos suggest that both Israeli leader Ariel Sharon and PLO Arab leader Yasser Afatrat are favoring the four-eyes look.

While Sharon seems to be going for a more understated, scholarly look, Afatrat’s choice of spectacles is more reminiscent of a late 1970′s Elvis Costello.

Arafat is a much better dresser than Sharon.
He looks like a “Freedom fighter” with his stylish military clothing and “resistance” head gear.
He muat be dressed by Al’Armani.
SHaron looks like an accountant from whitehall and marks. If he came to see you you would ask him to do the books !
He needs a complete make over.
And those black ill fitting suits must go !
And the booring ties OYVEH !
Arafat knows that the press are only interested in the exterior they do not give a fig’s leaf for anything else.
Sharon starts with a huge disadvantage, perhaps thats why all those trendy well dressed lib journos from london hate him so much.
Sharon must get made over to look like a FREEDOM fighter to please the EURABIA journos.
A nice red bandera ala Che and armani combat fatigues.
Well i can tell you one thing
Sharon is a much better dancer than Arafat.
