Could it be that approval of a pullout from Gaza demonstrates to the PLO Arab terrorists fatigue and weakness on our part, encouraging them to attack?

You are 100% right! The Palestinians have just started celebrating “victory”. Yes! They call it victory! And they celebrate firing Kassam missiles, attacking IDF positions etc…
