He has missed well over 80% of the votes since he started running for President, which is why Massachussetts Gov. Mitt Romney has called for Kerry to resign from the Senate, because he isn't doing his job.No surprise also about the vote of Senator Byrd (D-KKK) and Jeffords (He Who Jumped Ship-VT). What does surprise me is the No vote coming from Rep. Sununu and Sen. Lugar. These guys should know better! No surprise here about Kerry’s choice not to vote.
