It is hypocritical, though, that the FPA does not acknowledge that it is using Israel's civility and rule of law as the basis of its complaint. Israel's respect for the rule of law should be manifest to the world -- in what other Asian or African country, with the possible exceptions of India, Japan, and South Africa -- can a court force an army to change the means it deploys for the defense of the country?
