Here is an AP headline from today:
Iraqi PM Urges Militants to Lay Down Arms
It could easily have read:
Iraqi PM Urges Militants to Lay Down Heads
And no..I am not making light of this dreadful situation, but rather pointing out that the actions of these terrorists are causing certain headlines to take on other meanings.
I still don’t understand why they are “militants”..but I’ll leave that discussion for another day.
