<description>Once again the world is called upon to feel "great sorrow" for the "poor plo-arabs". The so-called Palestinian delegation had a swimmer and a runner compete. Both delegates finished last in their qualifying rounds. Who is to blame? Of course... ISRAEL! Supposedly, the Israeli "enemy"complicated travel, depleted funds and destroyed their training facilities, making it difficult for them to train.

Mustafa el-Ajouz, spokesman for the Palestinian Embassy in Athens sums it up in his own words... ``The true value of a country is measured not by the number or the color of its Olympic medals. It is measured by its respect and adherence to the Olympic and human ideals of brotherhood, equality, friendship and peace.''

I guess that would make them VERY VERY big losers at the 2004 Olympic Games.... *waah-waah boo-hoo*

<description>5. The obvious breaking of the rules (i.e. cheating) of Kosuke Kitajima in the 100m breaststroke event in which he got the gold medal (and I write "got" instead of "won" because the medal should have gone to Hansen).
