What Happens When You Appease Terror

This next story is dedicated to those of you who attribute Islamic terrorism to the Arab-Israeli conflict or the war in Iraq.
The Arabic-language TV network Al-Jazeera broadcast videotape Saturday showing two French journalists who apparently have been taken hostage in Iraq by a group calling itself the Islamic Army in Iraq.The journalists, Christian Chesnot with Radio France International and Georges Malbrunot with the newspaper Le Figaro, were reported missing the morning of August 21. It was not know where they were being held.According to Al-Jazeera, the kidnappers are demanding that the French government overturn a recently passed law that bans Muslim students from wearing headscarves in French public schools.
This story really confirms what I have been saying all along: Islamic terrorism is all about supplanting Western civilization with one based on Islam. Countries like Israel and the US are feeling the brunt of it because they are standing in the way.

How dare those spineless cowards kidnap journalists to gain political influence! It’s horrible… however, I never did understand how France could get away with banning head coverings in public schools?!! Doesn’t that include kippot? And isn’t that discrimination? Not democratic? Racist?
David, you’re right on!
The Koran is full of the teaching that Islam must conquer the world. I don’t know how President Bush can stand up and say that it is a peaceful religion. I’ve met lots of Islamic people who are nice people(I lived in Riyadh for a few months), but the religion as a whole is flawed. These people still bow down to a rock in Mecca that was worshiped long before Mohammad was born, and would love to see the whole world do the same.
Let me stick my neck out further and say that the only true God is the God of Israel. The one who parted the sea, and talked with Moses. It is not the moon god Allah. In my opinion, this conflict is deeper than Islam vs. West. It is good vs. evil, and anyone who believes otherwise is blind. If this offends you then stick to reading mainstream news. They would never admit to anything like this.
