The below AFP picture appears on Yahoo pictures, with the following caption:
A combo picture of Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon (L) and Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat. Sharon renewed his threats, insisting Arafat “would get what he deserves” as he recalled the fate of two assassinated leaders of the radical Hamas movement.(AFP)
In my mind, they sifted out the picture that makes Sharon look most evil and imposing, and then found a picture of Afatrat that makes him look placid. The message is clear: The evil Sharon is threatening the peaceful Arafat.
