In this case, the police were called to the side of the highway, where an enraged motorist had shot out all of his own tires with a pistol, then emptied the rest of the clip into the engine, then smashed all his windows with a crowbar. When the cops got there, he was smashing and denting what was left of his car. They said he wasn't under the influence of any drugs; he was just extremely angry. I've felt like that.
