The Palestinian Authority’s Ministry of Planning hopes to transform the Kadim and Ganim settlements into a campus for a technical college after Israel pulls out of the northern West Bank later this year, The Jerusalem Post learned Monday.
When I hear “technical college”, why do I think of subjects like Bombmaking 101?
