The Usual Suspects

Canada.com are carrying the following headline:

Suspected? For sure it was “Palestinian.”

Meanwhile, here’s more on this and other PLO Arab violations of the so-called ceasefire:

A car bomb exploded Wednesday night near an IDF unit escorting Jewish worshippers back home after prayers at Joseph’s Tomb near Nablus on the West Bank.

—-

The army also said that gunshots had been fired at troops near Joseph’s Tomb during the night. There were no injuries.

Earlier Wednesday night, Palestinians opened fire at an IDF force operating in the Balata refugee camp, also in Nablus. There were also no injuries reported.

Security forces arrested four suspected Islamic Jihad terrorists in Jenin. Reservists also arrested a suspected Fatah fugitive in the village of Salit.

The action came a day after security forces uncovered a bomb and Kassam rocket factory in a village in the northern West Bank.

Acting on information from interrogating Palestinian fugitives, IDF troops on Wednesday raided a secret bomb factory near Jenin where Hamas terrorists were building Kassam rockets, the army said.

They found at least one completed Kassam rocket ready for firing, while two others had apparently been test fired in the hills. They also found a cache including a deadly roadside bomb, three pipe bombs and numerous containers of explosives and other chemicals for manufacturing bombs.

—-

The army instead presented the discovery of the cache as evidence that terrorists in the West Bank were taking advantage of the recent calm to stock up on bombs and plan further attacks.

And that’s just from the last few days.

I ask you this: if the PLO Arabs genuinely want peace, then how come they are continuing to pursue and execute terrorist acts against us? If you answer that these groups are operating outside of the wishes of the PA, then surely the PA must act against them, beyond requesting ceasefires (which obviously are only used by the terrorists to regroup and re-arm). Since the PA is not doing nearly enough in this regard, we should once again resume military operations and call off any planned unilateral gestures.

Few political topics are more repulsive than listening to Palestinians whine about the lack of Israeli good will gestures and conscesions when the scales of fairness have been so lopsided in favor of the Israelis since Israels existence as to catapult the Palestinians into an absurd and utterly insignificant status of existence. The only entitiy as corrupt and irrelevant as the Palestinians is the UN. Hmmm. Please forgive any spelling errors.

Pardon the duplicate entries. I wasn’t sure if the first one made it. It was in no way an attempt to up your comment count even though this one now makes three for this topic. :-)

You are both right, but we have always known this, right? And for some reason no one else seems to get it. The people now known as Palestinians have never missed an opportunity to miss an opportunity (as the saying goes).
