It's no different to placing stones on train tracks in an attempt to derail said trains. One might think that the Palestinian police should be preventing its citizens from engaging in these activites, but we all know that'll never happen.Though if you're throwing rocks at passing cars then there's obviously a distinct lack of moral guidance at home. Just because it's not high-tech doesn't mean it's a prank -- it's an attack. Glad to hear Harry is OK.
