The division in the Middle East isn't between Israelis and Palestinians; it's between those who advocate and practice (and joke about) violence, and those who find violence detestable. There are plenty of people of both persuasions who are Israeli and Palestinian. Corrie was on the side of the peacemakers.Class dismissed.
