Many moons ago I met Saeb when he was a student and worked at his uncle's deli in San Francisco. My husband was in his international relations class. For Saeb's class project he brought a German movie to show the Holocaust never happened. My husband brought an Israeli historian who made mincemeat out of Saeb. I think Saeb missed his true calling because the sandwich he made me was not bad. Or dreaming about the good old days in the deli.
