Read the article. While this is a step in the right direction, his recommendations do not go far enough. I would much prefer to see a headline like this:
Annan: U.N Needs New Secretary General
Or:
Annan: No Need for U.N
And still on the subject of Annan, have you noticed how the media are trying to portray him as some kind of angel, using subliminal messages via their photographs?
