Inconsistency.

In this post of mine, I entered my NAME and I have no problem posting it.

If however, I hit the REPLY link to an existing post and enter my NAME there, it will not post the comment until i clear the NAME field.

Anonymous commenting is better. If you raise the bar by requiring people to sign up for yet-another-username, then most people will just give it a miss and choose not to comment. It’s the sad truth.

Not wild about having to enter my name and email address every time. Also, I miss the preview button.

Is there no way of having a ‘remember me’ checkbox? Failing that I guess I’ll use one of those utilities that automatically fills in forms based on certain criteria.

Testing

It’s much better to allow commenting like this (the new system). Blogger works the same way now. I admit I have never commented here because of the complicated registration process (I’m lazy), except once, and that was when you threatened to stop blogging due to low commenting frequency Yepp, I fell for the April Fool’s joke.

Keep it like this. It’s great.

That’s all fine but can you get rid of the 60′s psychodelic wallpaper background? My head is spinning!
