carrying a chain saw stained with what appears to be blood, a homemade sword, a hatchet, a knife, and brass knuckles. Do you?
a) Detain the man, since you suspect from the glazed look in his eyes and bloody weaponry that he is a psychotic murderer
b) Take the sword and chop off that hideous fringe. You can’t let someone looking like that into your country.
c) Ask him where he’s hiding his blow torch.
d) Confiscate his weapons, fingerprint him, and then let him into the US, after which time he is free to murder whoever he pleases
