The Transformation of Mr Shekel

Yesterday, I posted about 50 Shekel hamming things up (so to speak). How did a nice Jewish boy go from being a one-time Orthodox Jew to missionizing Christian?

Here’s one theory.

And here’s a response.

My view on the matter? The criticism levelled against Mr Shekel was wrong and nasty. At the same time, Mr Shekel is a grown man, and makes his own choices, for which he must be held accountable.

And I think it’s unfair to single out Jewschool in any event. I mean, if they really did have such an impact, then I guess the Israeli government, IDF soldiers, and residents of the disputed territories would also all feel compelled to convert to another religion.

Actually, it looks like we should blame Mel Gibson. According to Shek, it was The Passion that made him see the light.

If that’s the case, I would not be surprised if Shek is an anti-Semite now!
