If there was no Israel, there would still be the rest of the world.I am sensing a subtle shift towards not tolerating terrorism (perhaps due to the London attacks). I was amazed that the U.N. security council refused to hear the Palestinian case on the security barrier, and even went on to tell the PLO to fight terrorism. France and Russia actually joined the U.S. and Britain in saying no to this charade. Maybe, just maybe, we are seeing the beginnngs of a shift in thinking from "Israel is the cause" to "Israel is our Ally" in the West.I am no fan of Tony Blair, but here is a link to a recent speech he gave. I think he nails it.http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/4689363.stmStan

Israel is the present front line.
