Army MREs. Each box was supposed to feed four people for 24 hours. This is what I remember. I hear that they’ve changed it and it’s much better now.
2 cans of Loof (Israeli kosher spam)
2 cans of oil (with a little tuna)
Halvah spread (creamy)
Hard candies
Orange drink mix
1 can of olives
1 can of corn
tea bags
When I went into the army I weighed 175lbs. By the time I left I was 135lbs. Needless to say I did not like Loof.
