Each box was supposed to feed four people for 24 hours. This is what I remember. I hear that they've changed it and it's much better now.2 cans of Loof (Israeli kosher spam)2 cans of oil (with a little tuna)Halvah spread (creamy)Hard candiesOrange drink mix1 can of olives1 can of corntea bagsWhen I went into the army I weighed 175lbs.
