A suicide bomber has blown himself up in Hadera. So far, 4 are dead, and dozens more injured.

Explosion in Tel Aviv

An explosion has occurred in a Tel Aviv apartment, killing three people and wounding several others. Currently, police officials are unsure whether or not it was the result of a terror attack.
 
Update: Now it seems it may have been related to an underworld dispute.
