Explosions Near London
Sky News are reporting some blasts 25 miles north of London.

10:10AM: Sky are now reporting that 8 people have been killed, and that the explosion was an “accident.”
10:30AM: According to the BBC report, there have been (unfounded) rumors that a plane was involved.
