But Tom C. got 6! Surely there has to be some more weighting granted to Chirac simply because he's so much more important. The guy who hands the convenience store clerk his ID when stealing beer might be a huge moron, but he isn't famous or important and thus shouldn't make the list. Tom Cruise is about half way between Chirac and the Beer Thief. He's famous, but not important. To get Chirac's totals up maybe we could add some riot related moronisms, some Iraq related moronisms and something else? Or maybe go for quality - bold face his measily 3 reasons :) Only 3 reasons?
