I've never heard of software that prints comments onto the page, then removes them for future moderation. Frankly, my opinion of him is very low, and he does not get any benefit of the doubt. Lunacy excuses making the occasional outrageous statement, but it does not excuse rampant dishonesty as well, as you put it, a lack of etiquette. That is the result of someone who has disdain for others.
