		<description>I don&#039;t believe him when he says that the reason for the mysterious deletion then return of the deletion is because comments are moderated by his software.  I&#039;ve never heard of software that prints comments onto the page, then removes them for future moderation.

Frankly, my opinion of him is very low, and he does not get any benefit of the doubt.

Yes, he is clearly off his rocker, but he is also malicious.  Lunacy excuses making the occasional outrageous statement, but it does not excuse rampant dishonesty as well, as you put it, a lack of etiquette.  That is the result of someone who has disdain for others.

He is not a person whose opinion is worth considering.

Because PJM is about promoting Glenn, Roger, and Charles hegemony, not the lesser members of the G70.

You can tell who is important to PJM by the order in which they rolled out the adbars.
