  • The latest polls have Kadima at 36 seats, Labor at 18, and Likud at 14.
  • Kadima have realized that no-one likes a cocky party.
  • Kadima candidate Avi Dichter has called Labor party chairman Peretz insane, after the latter accused Kadima leaders of incitement that led to the Rabin assassination.
  • Being a party activist can be lethal.
  • A new Arab boycott is being proposed – the Arab boycott of elections. Hmm, good luck with that.
  • Israeli Ambassador to the United States Daniel Ayalon criticized Israel’s electoral system, suggesting that we should adopt the American system. I fully agree.
