Instead of surgery, certificates, and a vial of blood, the central issue must be addressed. Why should MUslim women or any women have to go through such hoops? This is just as bad as genital mutilation in my opinion. To think that is going on in "enlightened" countries is beyond belief. I’m so sick of women’s rights groups.
