Let The Animals Live
After posting this post about pets suffering along with civilians from Hezbollah terror attacks, a few people have asked me if I know of any charities or rescue organizations involved in saving dogs, cats, and other animals caught in the conflict between Israel and Hezbollah in Northern Israel.
Here’s one I saw on Fox News Dayside today:
Let The Animals Live a non-profit animal welfare organization, was founded in Israel in 1986 in an attempt to provide immediate aid to stray animals in distress. Rehabilitation and adoption of these abandoned animals are the goals of the organization. In addition the organization aims to educate the general public to understand and care for animals
Donations can be sent through a secure online form.
(And when they refer to Letting Animals Live, I think they don’t mean Hassan Nasrallah.)

I’m going to see Liverpool v Macabi Haifa tomorrow. (I am a major Liverpool supporter!)
However I’v read in the local press that the Hellsbollahs-a-poppin Islamo-nazis will be out in force to “protest” that Liverpool FC haven’t been intimidated into pulling out of the match.

No probs. I’m not Jewish myself, but I’ve ALWAYS fully supported the Jewish people in their heroic struggle against the neo-nazis and the islamo-nazis.
Being in Canada you may knwo that Mike Myers is also a huge Liverpool fan. We also had an Israeli national playing for us a few years back, Avi Cohen.

I’m all in favour of supporting animals but aren’t there more important things? Southern Lebanon has now been completely cut off from the north, the IDF aren’t building humanitarian corridors, and are bombing any convoys (so aid workers would be in danger), a humanitarian crisis that Israeli officials have blustered away now appears imminent.

IDF supporters are now supporting an army that will starve and bomb your current and future neighbours. It’s as bad as Hezbollah – not caring about life over the border.
