There is no reason why my tax money should feed and clothe Mr. Qantar. But before release, a transmitter should be planted into his body (without him knowing about it, of course). Just something small, which should send out a signal our UAVs can pick up. And when this twisted, sick beast finally meets Nasrallah, a nice big present from the sky (preferrably over 1 tonn) should be sent after that signal. "be-takhbulot ta'ase lecha milkhama" - but our military and political leaders have not only forgetten this ancient adage, they won't even accept that we're at war. So this monster will be released so that he can continue murdering children, and Islamonazis will once again declare a "great victory". I agree wholeheartedly: this… person… should be released.
