If the photographer was using a disposable camera then he probably would have had to stand in the street, but any self respecting journalist would have a camera capable of zooming in from much further away from that.  (Although it wouldn&#039;t suprise me if the photo had been taken by one of the his &#039;associates&#039; to put up on the mantle piece).
