March of the Living Dead
Those pesky undead are at it again.
You might have thought yesterday was the perfect day for sunbathing but others preferred lurching and moaning through the streets of Wellington.Dozens of people indulged their usually hidden zombie sides, spattering themselves with fake blood and marching “against the living” to mark Friday the 13th.
Organiser Robbie Neilson said it was first time the event had been held in New Zealand, though it had been done overseas. “We’d like to make it annual.”
The idea came from the internet, had been discussed among a group of friends and gradually grew. “We couldn’t not do it.”
Mr Neilson was pleasantly surprised by the number of “undead” who showed up.
“There was a lot of enthusiasm for it. It was a wide range of people from all over.”
It’s of course not the first time a bunch of lifeless people, who can’t think for themselves, have taken to the streets to protest against those who choose life over death.
Update: Surprisingly, Zombie was not at this particular protest.

you are just so predictable. Now anybody who protests against war is “lifeless” and can’t think for themselves. I suppose all the free independent “full of life” types like you, who exist on a higher plane, have it all figured out: war is wonderful, great, something that should be celebrated.
It takes courage to speak out and act out against governments who don’t have the creativity or subtlety to deal with problems with dropping a daisy cutter without caring where it may land. The lifeless ones drink it all in, accept it without criticism and ridicule those who don’t.
quote and more:you are not only a lowlife but also a coward!!

And, wow, isn’t ‘anonymous’ so damn predictable.
OT, oh most of them wouldn’t have known what they were doing there anyway, except for partying and getting it on later
I wonder if someone dressed up as either Jason or Freddie at this event. Those are good movies to watch on friday the 13th. Quality hollywood movies. lol
