<description>Dragging the French to secure the area is just as effective as dragging Muslim troops from Indonesia or Saudi Arabia to "protect" Israel's security would be. Well - I guess Hezbollah and the UN need more human shields (also known as "UN troops") to be used as political tools.

<description>Dave - you guys have another reason to hate the French government: Clarles Ederlin - the guy that helped start the second intefada. Apparently the French courts have upheld that France 2 reported the truth in the Al Dura affair. Check out this article in Augean Stables: http://www.theaugeanstables.com/2006/10/19/lexpress-weighs-in-rapidly/

Needless to say - it's pretty despicable that one state organization (ie Judiciary branch) finds it in it's best interest to pretect another state run organization (France 2) even when presented with the truth.

Additional information can be found on the CAMERA site:

		<description>And this surprises you?
Isn't the phase "Jewish Blood is Cheap" in the UN charter?

<description>Sounds like the UN in Rwanda all over again. The only difference being that the IDF will give Hezbollah a bludgeoning before Hezbollah does anything remotely Hutu-like. I remember this particular scene from "Hotel Rwanda" where the Dallaire-like character played by Nick Nolte was having his men aim their guns at the Hutus, then shout continuously, "Don't shoot! Don't shoot!"
