		<description>Except that the UN body that oversees the Palestinian refugees has a totally different definition of what a "refugee" is than the UN body that oversees all other refugees. If we went according to the normative definition of a "refugee" most of them would not be considered refugees.

And for the record, not every refugee situation is settled by having them return from where they came. In fact, in most cases, refugees end up being settled elsewhere.

		<description>Arab states have never been particularly supportive of Palestinian refugees, or even the Palestinian cause, despite Zionist protestations  to the contrary (or not, when it's temporarily convenient to recognise reality, as this effort demonstrates).

However Dave, it's great to see you empathising with refugees.  I'm sure that you will agree that the best solution for refugees is to return to their homeland, if that be their wish.
