AP reports on today’s terrorist attack (the shooting attack that wounded an innocent Israeli man, not the suicide bombing that was averted):
Hamas shooting embarasses PalestiniansHamas militants shot and wounded an Israeli civilian near the main cargo crossing between Israel and the Gaza Strip on Monday, embarrassing the Palestinians’ new government and laying bare internal friction that could tear it apart.
Yet more proof that “nobody is suffering more than the Palestinian people.” I mean, they not only have to deal with failed terror attacks, but embarassment as well?

David Adelman, “prominent Iowa Democrat?” Hey, I’m a lifelong Iowa Democrat and I never heard of the guy. Maybe we move in different social circles, but I know prominent from obscure and this guy is obscure! I’ll guarantee you that 99% of Iowa Democrats never heard of David Adelman. But to Mr. Adelman’s point regarding Barak Obama’s inappropriate (or at least overly-simplistic) comments regarding Palestinian suffering, he is right on target. At least they have the sense to be embarrassed.
The uncritical, unthinking supporters of Israel, are shameles in their continued support of the the systemic 24/7 violence that is the occupation.
Denying medical services, food, education to children on a daily basis, subjugating millions – just fine thanks.
