As an American I envy your ability not only to critize your leaders when they screw up, but to actually do something about it. If only we could do something like this with our failed leaders here in America.Olmert is not up to the job, then you get someone else. I do fear that someone else is going to be Bibi. Don't get me wrong, Netanyahu has his admirers here in the USA. He is articulate and speaks with in unaccented (to an American ear) English. I think he'd get along well with the Bushies and conservative Jews. But Netanyahu has a way of saying things about Islamic terrorism that makes me think he wants Americans to fight Israel's wars. He's a little too direct and prodding on the subject. I think he'd create a lot of opposition to Israel here in America if he's elected.
