Star Wars director George Lucas is seemingly not a fan of the latest Spiderman movie.
Blockbuster director George Lucas has slammed the record-breaking Spider-Man 3 as a “silly” movie with no storyline.Lucas, who was behind the smash-hit Star Wars and Indiana Jones franchises, said he was not impressed by the new sequel, which recently surged ahead of the director’s 2005 film Revenge of the Sith to take the record for the biggest weekend box-office record.
“It’s a silly movie,” he said of Spider-Man 3. “There just isn’t much there – once you take it all apart, there’s not much story.”
