Based on my experience with Evangelical Christians, absolutely!

They are Zionist, certainly not extremist (as the mainstream media would like to portray them) and generally do not intend to convert Jews until the Messiah arrives. And perhaps as important as any reason, there are many of them.

I was told by a very eminent Rabbi once that until the Day of Judgement, there is basic agreement on Israel and Zionism.

I am prepared to accept their valuable support in the short-term and leave it to the future to find out who was right and who was wrong!

Yes. Israel can use all the help it can get …Provided that these guys don’t set up shop trying to convert people in the Land.

Absolutely not…what all sides in the Mid East need is support which is rational, moderate and even-handed.

Yeah! Why not? I dont see any issue with accepting money from Evangelicals. As long as the money is given in good faith with no quid pro quo attached.

Yes, Israel should accept support from Evangelical Christians. They are the only group I know of who will support Israel regardless of the political costs to them. Both Jews and Evangelical Christians should work together. We each have the same enemis.

If the evangelical Christians want to help Israel, Israel should accept financial help with no strings attached by either side, i.e. no converting of Jews and leave the politics/theology out of it. (Send jimmiah critter to some obscure large body of water floating on a 3′ raft.)

I think support for Israel by Evangelicals is meant with the absolute best intentions. I think such support is being offered because Evangelicals see Jewish values as being similar to their own and they wish to support a culture of life, rather than suicide murdering, head chopping and death.

What purpose is there in alienating one of the few good friends Israel has?
