This is much better than Prostitution. Sex is a natural demand and there should be a way to satisfy it. I think "Sighe" is a clever way to practice it. On the other hand, the permission from futher for virgin girls makes it impossible to lead it to prostitution. And best way to control divorced women. Also there are some other rules like a woman after each time of "sighe" is not allowed to do it again for 40 days.. these rules make it far from prostitution.
