Huge props to Josh who offered to help incorporate the banner in to the new site, and iron out some bugs. As you can see from his website, he is a really talented designer.

  2. Ben Hur says:

    Where’s the effen Koala?!?!?!?!?!?

  3. Ben Hur says:

    Otherwise, it’s great!

  4. Jordan says:

I do really like the new layout with the switch to wordpress, however the two columns on the right, one for ads and one for the archives strikes me as being off. I would much rather see a wider area for the post, even if it means putting the ads above the archives.

Good job – looks great but that crosshair cursor is a little annoying. Me thinks it should go.

  6. jay says:

Looks much better but i agree, get the koala back!

  7. jay says:

When i move over a link the cursor turns into a crosshair…….I dont mind it but is that intentional?

  8. neoZionoid says:

    (Borat accent) It’s niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice!

  9. Joshua says:

Yeah, the crosshairs thing is annoying. I think it’s a WordPress default.

  11. Aussie Dave says:

The crosshairs is part of the template..as for the koala, it is at the bottom of the page.

  12. Aussie Dave says:

Koala is now back near the top, and the crosshairs are no more.

    Yeah I know, I’m a giver.

  13. Daniel Grossberg says:

    Dave, what’s your email?

  14. madelyn says:

Yes, it definitely feels “right”. I agree with Jordan, I would prefer to see a wider area for the post as well. Otherwise, great job!

  15. Solomon says:

Dave, a belated “nicely done” on the new look. Very easy on the eyes.
