The Trip Home

The palestinian Ma’an news agency reports on the misfortune which befell the palestinian President’s media advisor.

Media advisor to the president, Nabil Amr, was admitted to hospital after he fell over himself in Hebron on Tuesday.

The accident took place while Amr was flouncing home from Hebron on Tuesday evening. He was admitted to Al Ahli Hospital for preliminary treatment; he was then taken to Sheikh Zayed Hospital and is currently being treated at Ramallah Government Hospital.

Given the palestinian’s proclivity towards blaming Israel for everything (as evidenced by yesterday’s Ma’an report blaming Israel for the death of two children, despite the fact that it seems they were killed by a palestinian projectile) , I wonder how they are going to blame this on Israel. After all, he fell over himself.

Amr said that his leg, which he received a bullet wound to some years ago in an assassination attempt, was broken. He said he will travel to Germany to receive further treatment.

I had to ask.

Meanwhile..

Ma’an wishes Amr good luck with any future steps.

Who says they don’t have a sense of humor?
