Aid(s) to the Victims

With the recent stories confirming Arafat’s death from AIDS, a thought just crossed my mind regarding this infamous picture of the heinous one donating blood to victims of 9-11.
At the time, I assumed this was a simply ploy for world sympathy. Now I think the SOB was probably trying to murder even more innocent people.
