Rule #17: When marching, do not swing your arms so as to strike the person behind you.
Rule #18: If struck by the arm of the person marching in front of you, keep looking ahead as if nothing has happened. Full vengeance may be obtained only after the ceremony.

All that marching, all that arm-swinging… I like it when militias have to do the goose-step, now that’s a work out. Combine the goose-step with the arm swing and you’ve got aerobics in hot sweaty military attire.
