Classic Australian Ads

Introducing something completely different – a new feature in which I remind you of/introduce you to classic Australian adverts, depending on whether or not you are Aussie.
This first one is from the 80s, and is an ad for a chocolate bar called Crunchie. See if you can identify the young woman in white who bites into the Crunchie after the curly-haired blonde man (play the video here; do not cheat by going to the Youtube website).
You can leave your answers in the comments.

I had to cheat, but I’ve always thought that she was sort of “generic pretty girl” so I’m not too upset.
Let’s see……………….
It’s not Hillary Clinton. Nope!
It’s not Sarit Hadad. Nope!
It’s not Olivia Newton John, at least, from the best of my recollection.
Other than that, I don’t know many famous blonde female Australians. So I’ll look elsewhere.
I’ll take a wild guess, post this and then glance at the YouTube entry:
Lady Di(e).
Off to YouTube we go!
Ha. Stupid me. I don’t even know who that name is, though I assume she’s a movie personality. I won’t even bother googling for it, being 2 hours after Yom Kippur.
My guess (without looking up) is Nicole Kidman
[...] (You can see her in her younger days here). [...]
Yeah I see both sides, but Dennis VanDerGinst is generally on the reverse side
