During the intifada, quite a few more Palestinians died than Israelis. However, if one looks at the demographics, the findings are disturbing. A large fraction of the Palestinians are 16-30 year old males and extremely few females. On the other hand, the Israel dead has a very mixed sex and age demographic. I believe even more Israeli women died than Palestinian. It illustrates clearly that while the IDF does not randomly target civilians, the Palestinian methods target anyone who likes to board a bus or eat at a cafe.
